The Heliopark Old Estate Hotel is located in the historical
part of Pskov, close to the Kremlin and other sights of
the city.
The Heliopark Old Estate Hotel is consisted of the four
buildings connected by means of the glass gallery. The hotel
complex harmonically combines the old constructions of the
18-19 centuries.
The Heliopark Old Estate Hotel is the first hotel in Pskov
that offers facilities of the modern SPA-center. At the
guests' disposal there are various healing and sanitary
procedures.

Rooms
At the Heliopark Old Estate Hotel there are 50 rooms, including
standard rooms, junior suites, suites and Presidential suites.
Each room features a TV with satellite channels, a telephone with
international line access, Internet access, a mini-bar and an
in-room safe deposit box. A bathroom of each room goes with a
bathtub, a hair-dryer and toiletries.
Standard rooms are equipped with either one wide double bed
or two separate beds. The total area of a standard room equals
21 square meters.
A junior suite features a folding divan that can be easily transferred
into the additional sleeping place. The rooms of this kind feature
all the amenities of the standard rooms. The guests are welcome
